The person doing the powerwashing was nice, professional, and courteous.The house was cleaned nicely. The north side was beginning to show heavy buildup of Green algae. Afterwards, there was no build-up of algae at all, and everything was clean.They used a light chlorine solution in the water that they used to clean with. Before washing the side of the house that had plants, they watered the plants with just water, did the power washing and then watered them after to wash all of the solution away.I was pleased with them and will recommend them to anyone.

Chad first took our call and was very responsive and helpful as we scheduled and prepped. Sherlock arrived fully briefed about our house, did a terrific job of responding to a few remaining questions, and went the extra mile to take care of some challenging spots. My wife and I live in a 4 level home on a Golf Course in Raleigh. Our house had not been power washed in several years and needless to say it looked pathetic. Jason of First Class Clean arrived at our house on time and began the task of cleaning the house. I was so pleased that First Class Clean’s equipment was able to reach all four levels at the rear of our house. Once completed, our house was sparling clean as though it was just painted. Folks, believe me when I say you will not find a better company who can thoroughly clean your house at a reasonable price than First Class Clean.

First Class Clean did a great job power washing my house. There was quite a bit of green mold on the back of the house and the white trim was very dirty. All the green mold is gone and the trim is pearly white again. They also cleaned the siding on the window gables. Very pleased with the work and highly recommend First Class Clean!

Chad and Chad showed up right on time. They were indispensable in getting my house ready for a complete power washing. They listened to our comments on vents etc , moved items that were too heavy for me, covered the doors and really went over the house carefully. I had Chad power wash my home and driveway in North Raleigh when getting ready to sell it. It looked awesome and my home did sell in two days.I relocated to Apex and First Class Clean came out to power wash the house and the drive as it was a wooded area. Again, it looked so much better.I was impressed both times with the care taken as well as the amount of time spent on my homes. They didn’t blast the paint off the siding, but took care of doing it the right way. I will use them again!

The First Class Clean team did a fantastic job of pressure washing our house! It was a pleasure coming home from our weekend trip and seeing our house looking great, as if it was just freshly painted. They did the job only a few days after we called them. In addition, they washed the deck without being asked and without charge! And for just $10 extra, they changed two flood lights on the second story that I couldn’t reach, with the new ones I left on the porch. First Class will definitely be rehired next spring after the pollen has stopped.

First Class Clean is a First Class company. I bought a coupon for their service almost 2 years ago. Right after I scheduled my house powerwash, my son was critically hurt in a car accident. We had to move out of town for quite a while for his rehab. I called and told the company this and canceled my appointment. I was told to just call and reschedule when we got back. Well, that was almost 2 years ago. While back in Cary for a week, I called First Class Clean and asked if they would honor the coupon even though it was so long ago, AND if they could get to me in just a couple of days. While they didn’t totally remember the situation (and who can blame them since it was 2 years ago), they came out just 2 days later and power washed the house for me. Did a great job too. The house looks sparkly clean. I would highly, highly recommend these guys. I can’t say enough good things about them. Try them – you won’t be disappointed. And thanks, First Class Clean!

Chad and assistant worked miracles with power wash of entire house – as well as interior and exterior windows in advance of painting exterior of house. We had a particularly difficult rust stain that they removed successfully with an acid wash. Before First Class Clean arrived, I thought that area of the patio and side of house were irredeemable. First Class Clean did an outstanding job! We’ve been in our house for 24 years, now the driveway and sidewalk concrete look like the day we moved in. The windows are beautifully clean and look brand new. Our Pergola is painted and the deck boards are stained. They took the time to protect the stain floor. Now that it’s clean, the Pergola and handrails looks like we just finished painting.

I am very glad I found First Class Clean. The guys took the time to listen to my concerns about what I thought could be sensitive areas with respect to water before beginning. Then they ensured outside sockets, lights and window areas were covered prior to washing. The house looks great and I doubt the driveways and walkways have looked as good since the day they were poured. They were stunningly clean!

First Class Clean power washed the back of my townhouse in 20 minutes! They came to provide a quote and immediately said they could do the job on the spot, without having to make an appointment! They were very conscientious and careful not to damage my property, including furniture, the deck and my windows. Chad and his team were awesome! We had a tight schedule to get the job done in time for a party. They fit us in on that short notice, and our house and driveway look great. A great aspect was that they did both the initial visit for estimate as well as the actual cleaning without us needing to be there. We handled it all over email and I didn’t have to take any time off of work to be home. We didn’t shop prices at all, but I can’t imagine you’ll find someone to do the job cheaper, either.

Great Work! My house was long overdue for a good power washing. It had been three years since the last.The side of my house was going to be the most troublesome. After the guys came out, it looks like I purchased new siding for my house!!! They also took care of my patio, that had some mold on it.They were fast, and efficient! First Class Clean did an excellent power washing of our house, brick steps, walk and driveway. The “green and slippery” brick steps look like new, as do the grimy walk and drive. They are prompt and thorough. The decorative white wood porch railing with lots of blackened nooks and crannies is bright and clean again! Would definitely use them again.
